"More accessories than I expected"
I was actually surprised by how many accessories were available. I expected the selection to be limited, but there were plenty of options to choose from, which made it a lot easier to find what I needed.

I ordered from Planet of the Vapes mostly because the shipping didn’t seem ridiculous like on some other sites. The price was fair and it was clear at checkout, no random surprise fees popping up at the end. that kind of thing matters to me a Lot. My package showed up fine too, so yeah, I’m happy with it. 5 stars for not overcharging on shipping.

Cleaning it is simple overall, and the parts come apart easily. It usually only takes me a few minutes to get everything cleaned up. I just wish the instructions were a bit clearer at the start, since I had to figure a few things out on my own.

I’ve been using this vaporizer for a bit now it’s been good! It heats up quick, pulls really smooth, and the flavor stays nice too. The battery also lasted longer than I expected, which was a nice surprise :) No big issues so far!

"Pretty handy, when things are actually in stock"
I mostly use Planet of the Vapes when I need replacement parts, not so much for bigger orders. They usually have the random little stuff like screens, stems, o-rings, and all those annoying bits that somehow no one else seems to carry. Prices are fair enough, and shipping has been fine for me. I’m giving 4 stars because a couple of parts I actually needed were out of stock, which was super convenient, obviously. But overall, it’s been a useful place to order from, and I’ll probably keep using them.

My package arrived in a plain box and it was sealed up really well, so there wasn’t any concern about it coming open or looking damaged in transit. I also really appreciated that there was nothing on the outside of the box that hinted at what was inside, because sometimes packaging can be a little too obvious and I’d rather keep deliveries private. Overall, it was simple, discreet, and exactly what I was hoping for.

I mainly used planetofthevapes.com for the guides and product info, not really to buy anything right away. Some of the articles were actually helpful and explained stuff in a way that was easy to understand, which I appreciated.
That said, a few pages felt longer than they needed to be, and I had to click around more than I wanted just to find basic answers. Also, it’s kind of frustrating when terms or details seem to change, because it makes it harder to know what’s current. Overall, it’s decent for learning the basics, but it could definitely be smoother.

"Surprisingly easy return"
I had to return something and, i was expecting it to be a hassle like it usually is. But the instructions were clear, support got back to me faster than I thought they would, and the refund actually showed up when they said it would.
